"Tania, thanks for your help in the early stages of obtaining both Sarah's and Chris's diagnosis. They are both doing really well and Sarah has just completed her A levels, with struggles, but she did it!"

We are two specialist Autism Advisory teachers with a wealth of skills and experience, of working with individuals, schools, and local authorities who have moved into the independent sector to ensure the work we deliver is relevant, targeted and bespoke to the needs of individuals, staff and families.
My previous experience includes working as an Autism Advisory Teacher for a Local Authority across Early Years and Primary settings, both in Special and Mainstream schools to senior manager levels. I have a wealth of experience of working with a range of needs. I have achieved Autism qualifications in various strategies to support professionals and parents. I have successfully delivered training that has had measurable impact. I am also a Qualified Sendco.
My previous experience has included developing and leading an Autism Base, achieving Advance Skills Teacher status for autism, running a well-regarded and highly successful Autism Advisory Service for the Local Authority and presenting at National Conferences. I have worked in both Special Schools and mainstream, Primary and Secondary, although my main area of focus has been in the Secondary phase. I have worked with FE Colleges as well as supporting strategic development of provision for autism across Local Authorities. During a secondment, I set up an Outreach Service from Specialist settings into mainstream.
We have a child centred approach to our work, believing that the child is the main resource in their own learning, and that by working with them, alongside them and with those around them, they will overcome any barriers and so flourish.
